From the very first moment I telephoned the office and spoke to Jackie the warmth and care was in abundance and then meeting Barbara oh my goodness no words could ever express the thanks and gratitude I feel towards Ed and his wonderful team. I placed my Dad and then my brother into their care and on both occasions I can honestly say that never have I encountered such professionalism, empathy or wonderful care within any organisation ever. Responsive, caring and friendly business where everything was dealt with calmly and professionally. Their helpful and inclusive approach made the home burial arrangements, following the sudden death of my mother-in-law, easier to understand and deal with and for that myself and the whole family will be forever grateful. We were very impressed with the caring and gentle way that the team at Edd Frost dealt with my mother's passing, from the receptionists to Chris Cousins, who handled the funeral itself. Every particular was handled with care and tact and we couldn't have been better looked after, being treated as if we were their only clients, although they are rightfully very busy. I have already recommended them and will continue to do so. They are a very special company.

I was certain that despatching Dad was going to be painful and tetchy from start to finish. We are a big family, with some big characters, with lots of different opinions all in a charged and emotionally raw state. Who could handle this? Who could handle a crowds of over 500 and three separate events and locations without dropping the ball? Ed can. With compassionate efficiency, tenderly but correctly knowing when to suggest, and when to listen, Ed Frost was brilliant from start to finish. He is a class act. He made one of the biggest days in our lives memorable for all the right reasons. What a legend.
