        I usually shop there and have no problem with customer service as some are very friendly except today the guy didn't even talk to me but talked to the one before me and after me. didn't even ask if I wanted a receipt. no eye contact I felt very uncomfortable. I really don't want to use the race card even though I was the only black person in the queue. he could have a least pretended.

        New parking system is a joke. Have received a ticket for parking there for 22 hours when I have a receipt for the visit and was parked for a maximum of 15 minutes. Also previously was sold out of date ham and issued a voucher in compensation that didn't work. Very annoyed and will be shopping back at Aldi unless this is rescinded.
