When covid restrictions where on we were unable to go to the dentist, when all covid drama past, I called just to find out I had to pay again as if I was a new customer, and don't get me started on the previous work they did on me ended up with horrible pain because the root canal work they done wasn't done properly and my nerve was still there. Fantastic service. Friendly ladies on reception and Deeksha is a lovely dentist who is great at her job. I had lost a filling and managed to get a short notice cancellation same day! Thank you! Plenty of free parking available too. Very highly recommend!

Received a text saying I had an appointment next day, cancelled it soon as text came through - as I didnt book this appointment. Receptionist told me that I was being charged 20 cancellation fee for an appointment I didnt book and cancelled Soon as I received a text. Apparently their policy is 48hr cancellation, even though they gave me 24hr notice. Disgusted. No other dentist has charged 20 upfront - 6 months before Im even due an appointment. Total rip off. I paid over 95 for my first appointment with a hygienist who spent 20 mins on me. Poor service and clearly try to rip you off every chance they get. Do not go to this dental surgery! Never returning is if this is how they treat their private patients.

Tuesday afternoon 28th I attended the practice to have a broken filling replaced. I was greeted by a nice lady dentist with a lovely smile and I was treated very quickly and professionally, no pain and a great result. Praise also for the nurse who kept my mouth sucked clear of debris and water, very important.
