        unacceptable long waiting time. My appointment was at 15:40 and I have been called after an hour so patients be prepared when you go to my dentist in Banbury.

        having invisalign treatment currently and it has been nothing but easy and comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff, Csilla is always happy to answer any questions and Dr Naiz Khan is very reassuring and very knowledgable about everything. So so happy

        Reception is awful, sometimes they just stand there chatting and ignore your presence. Its the worst dentist Ive ever had, I wasnt expecting anything amazing, just decent basic service. They have ignored a request for copies of x-rays and reception told me they wont give copies of your own records to you which is against data protection law. To top it off I just saw an article in the Banbury Guardian that the Quality Care Commission has identified quite a few issues around infection control, cleaning procedures and staff recruitment. I really dont often leave reviews but I would just avoid them.
