I approached John Holland recently for some advice on some land that I own with other members of my family. John has been absolutely fantastic in helping and answering questions with regards to a potential land sale. His knowledge and passion for getting things done correctly and honestly for the land owner is second to none.I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone who owns land and is considering selling. Their website is also extremely informative and guides you through the many different avenues which a land owner can take when considering a sale. I only wish I had discovered Landsite years ago! Thank you so much John for your help so far. I look forward to speaking to again soon. All the best, Mr Carter.

I approached Landsite Limited for help on the valuation of a very small plot of land. John Holland responded rapidly with thoughtful and considered advice. He invested time in this even though there was no commercial value to him in doing so. Reading the other reviews here supports my view that Mr Holland is clearly a professional in his field and is much appreciated by those who call upon him.

John Holland of Landsite Ltd is currently representing our family negotiate with a developer for a major development in South Bucks. Having worked for UK developers in the past he has a wealth of knowledge and experience in this field. John also helped us successfully defend a public right of way application on on land that went to a public inquiry. I am very grateful for this as he put a lot of his own time and effort into helping without asking for a penny. He's the kind of old school professional one can trust to get the best value for your development and help avoid being hoodwinked by a major developer Tim Hurley, Iver, Bucks.

'Land promoters' and all the various companies and land agents out there seem to come in all shapes and sizes and my brother and I found dealing with them a bit daunting, plus we were surprised at the value of the site. We know a little about selling land, but it's a different kettle of fish being exactly sure about who to do a deal with and more so even who we can be trust nowadays! John Holland at Landsite was recommended by a farmer friend and from the start we liked the fact he knew exactly what we wanted for the land, which has been in our family for a very long time (my grandmother bought it in 1947). John explained how best to negotiate a deal with a developer and the differences between land promotion and option agreements. He got 4 developers interested in the site and we agreed a land promotion with one of them. This has been a godsend and put our mind to rest. I can't recommend anyone better to deliver a good result and we will use Landsite again.
