        Personal experience within customer service aside, the products are good but if you read the indeed reviews, you will see just how little the staff are treated. Shockingly bad place to work.

        We called in to ask about a part for an old Window Vac. The chap behind the desk was so polite and helpful he told us the price of the parts needed and also of a new Window Vac. We decided to purchase the spare part and he said it would be delivered to our address in the next couple of days. Wonderful friendly and helpful service Thankyou very much.
