Update: thanks for the response, but there are no clear contact methods on your website other than a telephone number. Our order arrived just before 10pm, we tried to call at 9.58pm and yes I appreciate you close at 10pm but considering the time of delivery we had little time to call and with no answer we are left short for something you've charged us for. So less of the attitude on a reply for one would be good considering there was no way for us to rectify our missed order that you've charged us for. Maybe start with an apology and then I would considered an email rather than a public forum.
