Firstly the diamond wedding cake was beautiful Unfortunately it was not the cake I ordered. My order was not there when I arrived to collect it,,was reassured it was in oxford, I had a verbal guarantee it would be delivered, it was delivered,,but not the cake I ordered,,clearly my cake hadn't go astray, it hadn't even been made, my order was ruby sponge, chocolate icing,,I got chocolate cake,white icing,, not my order,this is the 2nd time I have not received the correct cake...food100% ordering system, not good

Ordered my wife's birthday cake from The Cake Shop and it was fantastic. A wonderful tasting cake and great service! Would defintely recommend.

Ordered a cake for a hen do, and The Cake Shop were brilliant. They helped advise on the best size for the cake, and perfectly replicated the photo I sent them. I also messed up and got the timings wrong for the delivery, but they were super helpful and their delivery driver went out of their way to deliver two hours earlier on a Saturday! And most importantly, the cake was absolutely delicious. Brilliant service and would definitely return.
