Not an easy task, keeping everyone happy! Especially having inherited a BID that has been through more managers in it's 5 year tenure than I've had coffees. BID have achieved more in the last 9 months than the previous 4 years, and hopefully the start of good things to come.

Recently started using the ShopAppy site which has been sourced through Banbury BID. Ive been trading as a bricks and mortar store for ten years and never really got round to having an online shop. Since lockdown and my doors were closed I began to see I needed to adapt and ShopAppy seemed the best way forward. I began moving items on to the site and within an hour began getting orders. I now get many orders every day meaning I can keep my business fluid, which is helping pay my staffs wages while on furlough, and keeping my shops online presence very visible. We struggled to find an online shop that can cater for the variety of things we offer, and so far ShopAppy seems to fit the bill well, and with great support and help along the way!

I've worked with Jo, Nate and Jo at Banbury BID on a number of projects, and find the work they do for the businesses of Banbury to be so beneficial. They are an absolute pleasure to work with as well.
