A big shout out for the B3 driver who picked up me and my grandson at 9.30 on Wednesday 4th January. When I queried paying a fare for my grandson the conversation developed when I told him we were going to Chipping Norton. He straight away phoned the depot and asked that the driver going to Chipping Norton hold on for us until we got there which he did.i am so sorry I didn't ask his name. Someone give his a raise or at least a pat on the back for me please.

Bus nr 76 To Kineton school Can't believe the driver this morning he completely ignored my son and didn't open the door for him I have to drive him to the next bus stop and he decided not to stop there at all Fuming !!!I was late for work and my son left very upset Considering we pay over 100 a month for a bus pass to get to school The best thing is the company doesn't care at all !!! Very upsetting

This company is ridiculous , theyll happily charge more and more to the point its cheaper to get a bus in London then it is Banburywhile also decreases the frequency of the busses and completely stopping the service on Sundays, as I forget people dont work Sunday and they dont even have the common decency to even warn use of the change.
