Typical DIY store, reasonably well stocked but check prices against B&Q and Toolstatoon which are only 200m away. Turning right to get out can be a pain, so turn left and turn around in Waitrose :-) The toilet is always shut. :-(

Went to pick up shelving units (3 in stock on website) only one available on shop floor, told it was too late in the day to get another one from stock and to come back tomorrow. Order 2nd one online, waited over a day for confirmation of collection, Returned to store to collect only to find the wrong product waiting. Had to get it delivered, then it arrived with a damaged box, found one of the MDF shelves had a chunk out of it. Try harder Wicks! I could have got this on Amazon with less grief!

Although the item I required was in stock the queue to pay for my items was really bad. There was one person operating the checkout and a few members of staff stood around scratching their arses. I will be going elsewhere in future.

Not even worth one star. Ordered a delivery. Waited all day 7am to 7pm. Didn't turn up. No email. Head office said it would be coming but it didn't. No one answering phone in transport dept. Spoke to duty manager who was powerless and could only offer a refund which was unacceptable as the only day we could do the job was the day after we ordered the materials for and he could not organise a delivery on Saturday. Don't bother, use a proper builders merchants that don't rely on Wincanton Transport.
