I've never had a bad experience here. Lydia is amazing and always listens to what I want but isn't afraid to also give her own advice. I get anxious in many salons but here I have always felt so comfortable. Everyone is lovely! Would highly recommend.

Went in for a hair cut after several years of chopping my own after COVID and really enjoyed the relaxed non judgmental experience.! Lydia was lovely and I am so pleased with the cut. Painfully slow. 1 and a half hours for a wavy blow dry, it takes 30/45 minutes in my usual salon. Left with ringlets not what I asked for at all. Told him I was running late about 1 hour and 10 into the appointment, was the left waiting to pay and for my coat with 4 staff members not doing anything. Avoid, wont go again

Great cut, friendly service and pleasant decor. No negatives here. And best of all it's in a convenient location in my neighbourhood. I intend to become a regular here. Highly recommended.
