I just had the worst experince of my life at this salon. I was asking for a simple trim of the eyebrows and I got instead a huge gap at my left eyebrow due to the fact that the lady used too much wax to shape them up. As a good will gesture I paid for the service out of respect and I simply left but the truth is when someone is offering you that kind of service you just don t need to pay it..it s unfair Service: Eyebrow shaping

worse staff ever. they were better and polite when they were outside in the castle quay open space and changed drastically once they acquired the shop next to boots. both the staff always pull a long face, never pleasant and have the attitude of take what we offer. okay, i went for a simple threading and it was not busy at all. one lady was doing threading for my sis when the second talk to her friend inside the shop whole time when i was waiting for mine.finally i got the first lady finish off my siss and do mine. she had the worse attitude of what ever i do is it. i suggested to shape my eyebrow thinner and she was so irritated. finally, she stamped the card for one service where i and my sis both done the eyebrows. when i asked about it, she stamped it and kind of thrown that card to me, as if i begged her for something. the worse service ever with attitude problems.
