        My first experience of this practice was unfortunately where I said goodbye to my boy. The on-call vets were fantastic and really took great care of my Smokey, doing what they could which I know can't be easy. Given the nature of the event everything was handled in our time and I'm very grateful for that. I'm sorry the first time you met my boy was a sad one but thank you from me and him for helping with his pain.
