Flawless Finish Hair

Recently had a colour by Katie, asked for full head of woven highlights, she did not even listen or do what I showed in a photo, had to have it re done which has totally damaged my hair and cost me a fortune. She is useless. Do not go there I say ... I have had to go to a professional to get my colour corrected and treatments as my hair was in such bad condition after you failed even after two attempts which I paid 80, didn't expect to have to go desperately pay someone else to correct it at all, so i dont require a treatment from yourself just a refund would be professional. Katie was fantastic when styling my hair for my wedding last month as well as my bridal make up. We met a couple of times before the wedding to try out a few different styles and make up looks. I was recently diagnosed with a condition that causes my skin tone to change and some hair loss - Katie made me feel comfortable and showed me different possibilities to cover any patches as well as ensuring she brought extra foundation tones on the day! I had full confidence in her. On the day she was kind, professional and did an amazing job. Vicki, who worked on my bridesmaids and mothers hair, was also wonderful.
