        Our cat is 12 and we wanted his 1st experience to be a good one as he isn't usually a people person and is quite fussy and we chose Cloud Ten based on the good reviews. What an amazing place he stayed in. Spotlessly clean, really nice pens and he looked so chilled when we collected him. He ate really well and enjoyed the fine dining option and had even been groomed. They had looked after him perfectly and are really lovely people. He didn't look like he wanted to come home. We have booked him in already for 2 visits in 2023. Happy cat, happy owners.
