Extremely disappointed with the lack of contact during the building work. Let down on numerous occasions. We have had to pay to have things corrected by other contractors and the owner will not return my calls. 10 months since they left and we have no completion paperwork, , guarantees for products installed and I am certain my calls are being blocked. We had a kitchen extension completed in May2020 and everything since then have been trying to get the building control signed off. After months and months of chasing we got the plans from them but no electrical certificate. We have eventually managed to get hold of the electrician they used and get a certificate only to find out they are not registered as a competent person and as such the certificate is not valid! We are now sitting with a very expensive kitchen extension we cant get signed off! And Mike does not respond! Services: Flooring, Consultation, Remodeling, Design, Install flooring, Demolition

Mike and his team have been great from day 1, his suggestions for design and materials used have created a fantastic extension that has transformed our new home. His team were great, very respectfull to all the family (3 boys & 2 dogs sometimes getting in their way!). We're especially thank full for the efforts everyone made during a challenging time to make our new home hosptiable for our move in date (especially staying late to fit the amazing sliding doors on the day we moved in). Overall a great experience and a challenging job made easy due to Mike and his team, thanks guys.

What a great experience dealing with MK construction. The staff are very professional and informative during the decision making of what doors or products are suited for my build. I had bi-folding doors fitted and the detail and precision the staff took during the install was so great to see as it look so beautifully done. Most importantly the staff kept the area they were working in tidy and cleaned up after themselves. The pricing was very well priced and the quality of workmanship does reflex in the price. Well done MK construction team.
