        I made an order prior to Christmas 2022 from this company. It was scheduled to arrive before Christmas but the parcel company lost the parcel. The staff were so helpful and made sure a replacement parcel was dispatched immediately with next day delivery, I cannot thank them enough. The customer service I received was excellent and they went above and beyond to ensure I got my order, even though the parcel was lost through no fault of their own.
