Very helpful company. I was looking for a card printer for doing short runs and they had just the item. Alastair was very helpful and stayed late to demonstrate the printer to me. Faith was also very helpful. Good company, would recommend.

Had some issues... Spent over 1000 on a new machine, only to have to wait 21 days for delivery (during covid this was out of their control as it had to come direct from the manufacturer) but a little more information on lead times PRIOR to purchase might had helped me select a different machine/brand instead, one that didn't have such a long lead time. I was unable to change this as once I had purchased the machine, I purchased the software which would only be used on the that brand, this meant I was tied to that brand so had no choice but to wait.... When the machine arrived I had more issues... The ribbons I purchased from this company did not work, they were both faulty... after dealing with them and expressing how URGENT I needed to get this sorted a test cartridge was sent 1st class which took 3 days to get to me.....This meant from the date of purchase until the point I would find out if my Machine was DOA or my cartridges were faulty would be almost a month.... Luckily I purchased more cartridges from another company which worked fine... Overall not very satisfied,,, with both faulty cartridges and lead time of the machine...

Excellent all round. Wasn't sure on the best solution for us so gave them a call. They put together a quote with several options and were extremely helpful. I would recommend to all. Just call them if your not sure on something and they will guide you without pressure selling!
