I run three Limited Companies, one is VAT registered. All accounts were a mess and about to be late due to my previous accountant being ill and not having cover in place. We also had conflicting settings in Xero which had not been explained to us. Faye focussed on the urgent issues and helped us understand what we could do and what we should pass to her. After the first meeting I came away feeling like a weight had been lifted and I could concentrate on my businesses. Her communication is excellent, telling us exactly what she needed from us for which company and which account. All accounts were submitted on time and we are in a much better place to be more efficient and on top of things knowing Faye has our back!

Faye is not only a knowledgeable, trusted and responsive accountant but is a lovely human being. Tax, accountancy and self assessments are not my forte and yet Faye made it all accessible and easy to understand whilst taking care of everything.
