A wonderful place to stay. Very welcoming, great location, and the accommodation is basic but comfortable. I would go again.

Pretty awful really. Like a workhouse and about as welcoming. Not very clean and the food is like vegetarian food was in the 70's. I really can't think of any reason for staying here other than as a punishment.

We it but don't come here expecting all mod cons e.g. if you cannot cope without an en-suit don't bother. It's a bit scruffy but comfy We were here for a working Saturday and stayed the night. You can camp here, there's not a lot of room, facilities are basic but if you want your own individual wooded glade

I've stayed twice during a working volunteer week and it was fun. Good hearty vegetarian food, rooms comfortable but basic. For a week it's good too be part of a community.
