Nearby activities: If you have a car there are more amazing places and activities than you could imaging or I have the time to recall. From Barter Books in Alnwick, walking the Cheviot hills, visiting the Farne Islands by boat or boarding the Heatherslaw Light Railway to Etal Castle. Northumberland is the most wonderful and wild county. Walkability: Right on the coast with access to one of the best beaches and coastlines in the world, well definitely the best in the UK.

We stayed in Greenleaf, the smaller of the 2 adjoining properties from 30/09/22 for 7 nights. Greenleaf is immaculately clean with large rooms upstairs and down. Handily located for all the fascilities and attractions in Bamburgh and a dedicated parking space for your car.. We will probably be back and would not hestiate in booking the same accommodation. By the way, the heating was that good we had to turn some of the radiators off! Not a bad complaint!
