The Copper Kettle Tea Rooms

The best tearoom Ive been to. Might even be the best toasty Ive ever had too. They were super busy and let us know as soon as a table became available. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. Had to upload a photo of my toasty

Very disappointed with our latest visit to this tearoom, we asked for an extra cup to share a pot of tea and were told the pot is for one and we were told to order another tea. The pot of tea was only half filled with hot water. Sadly won't be returning here (on the plus side the scones were served warm).

As a family we have enjoyed this tea room for many years but very disappointed that the children's menu has been removed there's nothing for the little ones so won't be returning as nothing for little ones to eat,the hot dog meal was ideal as was the platter!

This has always been a lovely tearoom to visit. Our food was delicious and the waitress who served us was perfectly friendly and efficient. Be warned however this is not how all the staff behave. We witnessed one young waitress behave in an appalling manner, chewing her finger nails, not speaking to customers and instead just pointing at tables when they came in. She treated other staff with distain and just showed a complete lack of people skills and gave off a "can't be bothered" feeling. Shame as this is a very good tearoom otherwise.
