We spent a fantastic week at rock cottage. 9 adults, three generations and a dog. Lovely layout, great communal space. All the amenities you could need. Amazing amount of bathrooms. Comfy beds. Perfect private garden with ideal parking for 3/4 cars. We would highly recommend Rock cottage. Bamburgh is an amazing location for all members of the family, young and old. For a relatively small town there is a wide variety or places to eat, and drink, the beaches are so clean and spacious, perfect little playground, picturesque setting to watch the cricket under the castle. The potted lobster is a must visit restaurant. The ice cream at the walled garden and local shop are delicious. The Grace Darling museum and local church also offer a very interesting trip out come rain or shine. The local seafood is very high quality and we also enjoyed the walled garden wood fired pizza!
