Cheryl has been looking after my overworked, marathon body and dodgy shoulder on a regular basis. Can't recommend her enough, pain free and flexible!!!

Very professional and helpful service with Cheryl. A couple of treatments sorted out hip and thigh pain which had been ongoing for quite a while. Full explanation of problem was explained and follow up exercises to do at home were given. I will be having monthly maintenance massages and am hoping I remain pain free. Highly recommended.

Cheryl's vast knowledge of the body is immense and through deep tissue massage, she's able to locate trigger points, work on them that will ease any pain. Lately, she has worked on my right foot after an accident that left a burning sensation to now be fine. My soon 16 years old son, has also had tension in his shoulders eased. All treatments are followed up with exercises to do at home. Highly recommend.

I am ex rugby player and now triathlete. Cheryl quickly understands the issue you are having and deals with it efficiently. A really skill that many sport massagers dont always have. Highly recommend her.

Cheryl is very experienced and knowledgable, gives an amazing deep tissue massage and really pinpoints my problem areas. Welcoming, clean, Covid safe massage room. Accommodating with very early and late appointment times. Would highly recommend 5*
