        Very prompt response to an unsatisfactory situation of leak to the 5" braided hose service to toilet cistern. Replaced with compression jointed isolation valve and 22mm copper pipe of same length after three hours and 200 later. Did not phone to let me know in advance how 'fiddly' the job was and quite taken aback by the bill presented by invoice post works, that came with immediate payment terms!
