My wife has practiced with Bridge Pilates for many years but during lockdown she persuaded me to join the on-line Mixed Ability Classes. I am so glad I did. I have been amazed at the difference in my flexibility, balance and strength in just a few short months. Lorraine's clear step by step instruction is superb and she finds just the right balance between professionalism and warmth. I am a definite convert. Give it a try, you won't regret it. .

Lorraine is an amazing pilates teacher. I cant recommend her highly enough - whether in her classes (as I've done for years), from her online library or live via Zoom whilst we're in lockdown. Her knowledge is incredible, she offers adaptations according to experience/capability and her teaching style isn't at all rushed - great for body and soul!

I always enjoy Lorraines classes and feel better after each one. She presents balanced sessions which are achievable, or challenging, as you want, with lots of advice on how to move correctly. And I like her choice of inspiring music. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved being able to Lorraine's class live today. The class is so well balanced with equal measures of flexibility and strength and targeted all the key areas. We will be back next week!!! Thank you xx
