Collared Creatures

I got the snuggle bed in a size medium for my doxie, and replaced one of the couch cushions with it. He absolutely loves it, the base is so thick and comfortable, and he loves to burrow right inside of it for his naps. Best purchase. Also got him a biothane collar and lead in green and the quality is amazing. Quick delivery. Great company

I am so so pleased with the service I received from collared creatures. I have seen two beds from this manufacturer and both are of an extremely high quality and well worth the money I paid. I was in a rush to receive a dog bed for my terrier Peggy, as I've taken on a second dog (Reggie) in somewhat of an emergency situation. Julie and her family at collared creatures went absolutely above and beyond to accommodate mine and Peggy's needs, I really could not have asked that they did any more. The whole service has been so personable and friendly in true Yorkshire fashion. I visited the business on two occasions and if other customers can do this I recommend that you do, as you will get a real feel for the company culture, a family member was playing with a ball in the garden and i even got a wave from him as I pulled in, such lovely people! There was a couple of issues with the courier, which is not a reflection of collared creatures business, and I suppose dependant on which area you live in as to whether it's a good service or not. My issue was resolved at the first point of contact and I now have two happy doggies living their best lives. The only constructive feedback that I can give (other than the choice of courier), would be to create an image which would show the measurements of beds in simpler terms than using diameter (for those of us who aren't mathematically minded). Otherwise I cannot think of any way the service could have been better. On my second visit, the interactions I had with Julie were actually the only pleasant interactions with other humans I had on that day, so thank you very much Julie I really appreciate everything you've done for us x
