Caveat emptor- let the buyer beware. It was so sweet (ingredients, 6% sugar) that I probably could make quite a nice "savoury" ice cream. Fifth ingredient is sugar after the usual water. Pleased to see vermouth was second on the list but drowned by sweetness. Why only 0.4% tarragon? (right at the bottom of the list.) Come on, chaps, chapesses and anyone between,: you manufacture and in my books, you also exist to delight and educate our palates. This was pretty dire but in the interests of fairness, I shall try another of your products which may well delight me and I shall have to write a pleasant report!
