REVIVE YOGA & PILATES - Balham

I joined Revive in December last year and love coming. The studio is always spotless and the staff are welcoming and professional. Classes always leave me feeling worked out, but more relaxed and clear headed. There are lots of different types of classes to choose from, and the teachers are knowledgeable, kind and encouraging. I paid for a yearly membership which is good value and includes the option of taking a sound bath once a month with the brilliant Cathy. Ive also done a journaling and intention setting workshop with Annabelle which was beautifully considered and enjoyable. Indi teaches a very mellow vinyasa flow class. Ella Watts a bouncy, fun Pilates and I particularly like yoga/barre with Chloe who manages to work on muscles I didnt know I had! Katt who works there is always so helpful and friendly and if ever I email them, they always reply straight away.

My chiropractor sessions with Dr. Pernille Larsen were fantastic. Professional and caring physician. Easy to make appointments, clean and relaxing ambiance.

I loved my first class at Revive. The teacher, Iona, was very friendly and accommodating, especially for those who were experiencing injuries!
