        This is the 3rd time I've come to this post office and the guy has tried to overcharge me. I walk to Clapham Common or Balham and I am charged the proper rate. He is also rude. He will charge you parcel size when it is a letter and a large letter size for a small letter. He will also try trip the scales over to the next scale range. I'm surprised they have any customers after ripping people off.

        Probably the worst business Ive ever come across. Not sure how they are in business. Refuse to take any sort of parcel even though it is a Post Office. Just laugh at you saying This is a parcel for the Post Office, but we are not a Post Office even though it clearly states they are a Post Office.

        We were told that they don't do international mail, when on the Royal Mail website it clearly says this Westbury one provides such service. I can only think the staff is being lazy.
