Fantastic company. Amazing to deal with. We reached out to josh on a Thursday evening with a need to replace our entire boiler and water tank system. Josh completed a site visit himself on the Saturday morning as this was the most convenient time for is and with 24 hours we had a competitive quote and clear plan and timeline. The work was then completed brilliantly the next week. Josh and team were absolutely fantastic. I can not recommend them more highly and will be using them for all pluming work moving forwards. Totally 5/5 and couldn't recommend enough; after trying to get someone to come for months, Josh scheduled to come within 24h of being called. Josh and Jack arrived exactly on the time window they provided, and I was very surprised to see that they removed their shoes to enter the flat without anyone asking. Josh quickly diagnosed the problem and started fixing it - they had most of the parts needed and for one that they didn't Jack brought it from a shop within minutes. Josh was very professional in terms of fixing the leak and explaining everything in detail but also very friendly and lovely to talk to. Absolutely recommend - keep up the great work Josh! We needed a new boiler installing urgently after ours broke down and was left leaking by the company's engineer. Josh responded promptly to my query, gave a quote, and booked us in that week. The work was completed to a high standard, and the price was very reasonable for the high quality of the boiler installed. Josh is genuine and trustworthy, and I would thoroughly recommend him. We have just moved into a new house and have had many problems with the plumbing- the biggest issue being cross contamination between the hot and cold pipes resulting in patchy hot water. Josh quickly diagnosed why we were getting the patchy hot water and then worked efficiently and methodically to find the site of the issue. The water is now the perfect temperature and the water pressure is also fantastic (another thing Josh fixed for us). Would not hesitate to recommend Josh to anyone who needs a plumber - we had British Gas round 4 times before Josh came and they basically did nothing and charged a fortune.
