Ive just started Nathans Saturday bootcamp classes and the Thursday strength training and highly recommend. The classes are very dynamic and suitable for all abilities from beginners to more frequent gym-goers. From my first class Nathan was really welcoming and it was great to meet other people from the local area, Ive already roped in more of my friends to join for next time!

The best way to start your weekend! Small mixed classes on the common with a well planned circuit of different with exercises and weights to really work the whole body, and little bit of boxing thrown in as well. Both Nathan and Sam have worked hard to make sure we all get the very best out of our sessions. Well done!
