I recently worked with Rupert Viney, the Senior Lettings Manager at M&Ps Balham & Clapham South office, in relation to the possible short-let of a property in the Nightingale Triangle which I was, at the same time, looking to sell. It was quite a finely balanced situation as Rupert knew our first priority was to sell but, in a difficult sales market, he was assiduous in looking to introduce potential short term corporate tenants prepared to pay top rentals which would have generated some interim cash flow for us, without having to commit to a longer lease. In the event, the property has sold more quickly than we expected but I am pleased to say that I found Rupert to be a very helpful, proactive (without being pushy), commercial and pleasant individual to deal with
