Just unpleasant overall. Was driven around as the agent looked for keys, got stuck in traffic, shown flats that weren't within the budget or location I'd asked to see, wasn't shown flats I asked to see, keys were missing. Had another viewing that we almost missed because they kept assuring us we had time but we were getting driven so far out of where we needed to be. Ended up just getting out the car when stuck in traffic. Then no follow up from them of course. Also initially had to wait ages to be seen rather than the time specified. Great job!
