Aspire Estate Management have been very good for us. Four years ago, when we were downsizing from our family home of 48 years, Aspire Estate Agents found us our brilliant large flat, remembering us from two years previously and when we had nearly given up hope of getting what we needed. They were then able to rapidly sell our house so we could secure the flat. They commented that it was the most straightforward deal they had ever completed; their efficiency and ours ! Now in our lovely new flat we had no hesitation in asking Aspire Estate Management to take over the management of the building when the incumbent managers proved useless and incompetent and we had to sack them. Since that time Aspire Estate Management have been efficient, thoughtful, effective, helpful and communicative. A much better experience for all of us in the building, where there are seven flats and we all have confidence in the Estate Manager, Carlo Skudder, who has helped solve problems and made sure necessary work is done to a high standard.
