They are only interested in bringing new people on, anyone else coming into the store they would say that they are having 'technical difficulties' when actually this isn't the case. The manager 'Rihan' was extremely rude and made no effort to assist in the case.
After an hour and a half waiting, I decided it was best to leave. I will now go through EE management with a formal complaint. Go to any other EE store if looking to buy a phone, the manager is extremely rude and not worth your figures!
