We viewed a number of properties with Emily after having one of our previous offers with a different company fall through due to lack of communication from the agents. We were incredibly worried and stressed about our rental position and lack of time. Emily showed us around a number of properties and we put in an offer the same night and had it accepted. Were now in the process of moving. We are incredibly grateful for Emily being such a clear and speedy communicator, shes been wonderful throughout the entire process and really helped us keep things moving in the right direction.

We have lived in Balham for over two years, at a property let and managed by Palace Gate Balham. Steve Coyle and the team have been fantastic throughout this period, responding quickly to queries, being flexible when workers need to access the property, and most importantly being quick to help if things need repair or maintenance. The team at Palace Gate have restored our faith in letting agents, it is great to have found a good one after all our years of renting in and around London! Thanks
