Terrible, terrible, terrible! Avoid! Bought a bag there 10 days ago worth 70 used it once on the way to the the airport it cracked(it was a hard shell one) Then it proceeded to crack the whole way around. The airport noticed it was cracked and raised it before I put it through so it was not the airlines fault. I returned to the shop with the receipt and the bag and was not listened too at all and they refused to give me a refund. A waste of 70! Avoid especially the hard shell bags!

Great little store - worth checking out for all your luggage, key cutting and vape needs! Abdul (the owner) was super friendly and knowledgable which is definitely what you want when you shop local. I needed an extra hole bunched in my belt which Abdul did free of charge. You dont get service like this anywhere in London these days. I saw in an earlier review that someone described the shop as a scam, but my experience was the complete opposite of what that customer described. Will be back to visit again soon!
