Absolutely shambolic. We've been waiting for our oven to be fixed for well over 1 week - we are struggling to cook food within our own paid rented accommodation! They promise dates that people will come over - yet they NEVER TURN UP! This wastes our entire day, like we have nothing else to do. We are paying these COWBOYS and getting nothing in return!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Honestly I don't know where to start. Totally utterly rubbish. Simply full of incompetent people, that can't comply with the contract. I think they have low self esteem and a not properly functioning brain.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! These guys are some of the most useless out there. House was not ready to move into for a start. Nothing is ever fixed. We have been living for months without curtains, a working light, a fully working boiler, a fully functional shower. There are also mice. Last month they painted the door without telling us leaving wet paint for us to get all over our clothes. Then this month they put up scaffolding without telling us - going into the flat without letting us know. Overall - we paid very cheap rent but it was grim and not worth the stress.

If I could write 0 stars I would. The flats were dirty upon arrival. Slow solving maintenance (took 7 months to fix mould - and by fix I mean paint over it for it to come back a month later anyway), and for other problems we had to solve ourselves. Enter the property without prior notice. Rude when you are able to get a hold of customer service. All 4/5 star reviews from are clearly fake.
