        Left a Google review of Postmark Greenwich on Friday 1st April detailing how disappointed I was with the service I received in store on Thursday 31st March. I received a reply from the Co-Owner, Leona within an hour of posting the review and then an email from Co-Owner, Mark, shortly after this. Within hours of my review, I had spoken to Mark via email and arranged to speak to him via telephone conversation to discuss my in-store experience. Mark was accommodating and we spoke on the phone for around 30 minutes - having a very pleasant and constructive conversation addressing my concerns and going above and beyond to rectify the poor customer service that I received in store. Mark reassured me that a full investigation into the incident will be conducted and the appropriate actions will be taken. My faith in PostMark has been completely restored and due to the care and attention of Co-Owners Leona & Mark, I will be more than happy to shop with PostMark once more and shop their delightful collection of JellyCat toys.
