Very unprofessional letting agency. I was told my offer was accepted and was prepared to pay the deposit. I did not hear back in days, once I called them they stated that the property has been let to someone else without giving me any notice. They lied about trying to contact me and not being able to reach me. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Save your time and money!!

I signed up for property alerts while we were searching earlier this year. I have continued to receive these alerts, along with generic chaser emails from staff wanting to discuss my property search (which ended in March). Since March I have, on several occasions, requested to be unsubscribed from their mailing list but I continue to receive these emails. If this branch of Atkinson McLeod is this lazy about simple compliance with GDPR and correctly storing data, it makes me wonder how much care they put into the rest of their work. Glad Ill never know!

Possibly the worst estate agency I have worked with, I was looking for a property to rent and they advertised a 1 bedroom flat, I viewed the property and explained that I was ready to move in asap, George confirmed that the property was available and we went ahead and I paid the holding deposit and went through all the checks and referencing. I was told less than 48hrs before I was meant to move that the flat had failed the ECIP tests and it was taken off the market, I had already secured removal men and handed my notice in for the current property I was renting. This left me with no where to move to and no where to stay, having to still pay the removal men, pay for storage units and hotels the agency took no responsibility for this situation, showed no empathy nor offered to help with anything and left me with over 2,000 of expenses. Wouldn't ever work with them again or recommend.

Fantastic experience. I haven't moved in a while so was a bit apprehensive but Philip Bullman was fantastic in guiding me though the process. He was proactive, knowledgeable, a great support and made the process very simple. I would highly recommend Philip to anyone looking to move.
