We got our kitchen fitted by this company twelve years ago. Weve had various major issues with it from the start. The latest is that in trying to take out the integrated fridge to replace it with a new one, we found that the fridge had been attached to brackets at the *back* of the carcass, meaning we cant get the fridge out without somehow getting access to the back of it. I can only assume that our experience was an exception, or that the company has improved a lot in the time since they did our kitchen, because otherwise they would have gone out of business years ago.

Very professional outfit with a wide range of kitchens. Kitchens are very high quality and priced competitively. The kitchen fitters are very skilled and finishing is of a very high quality.

I have used London Koncepts twice. The first time was to update my existing kitchen 15 years ago. My experience of their service was very positive so I had no hesitation in reaching out to them for a second time when I had a completely new kitchen installed this year. Again the experience was very positive, if there were any problems, solutions were instantly found and communication was good throughout which made the whole process virtually stress free. I am very pleased with my new kitchen which is indeed a thing of beauty - but also extremely practical in design and layout - couldn't ask for more really!

Excellent service, great product and lots of practical advice. Shaf was willing to work within constraints of existing worktop, which we wanted to keep. Kitchen fitter, Mario, excellent, practical solutions and great attention to detail. Very happy to recommend London Koncepts.
