Neal is a fantastic fitness trainer, for a number of reasons; - His classes are always varied, they are never boring ever. - The classes are challenging to the right level, he always gives you options to make them easier/harder depending on your personal level. - Neal's lively sense of humour and personality adds a lot to the classes, it makes you much more inclined to do classes because you want to be there. His remote Zoom classes are as good as the face to face classes also, perfect for remote working out. I have always been 'into fitness', but I found that my motivation wavered over the years, Neal has got me fully back into it, i've lost weight, feel better and look better. Thank you Neal, keep up the good work!

I have been going to Neals classes for a couple of months now and I love it! If youre looking for high intensity group exercise outdoors, then I would highly recommend. Neal keeps you motivated, working hard and having fun. Top class.

I joined Neals classes over two years ago and have paid to see his smiley face as a regular ever since You cannot underestimate the benefits of the great outdoors and exercise combined. Clapham Common is a dream location for these workouts The apprehension I felt on the first class, even as a regular gym use, quickly disappeared Its a great group of people come rain, shine or snow and theres always someone at hand to lift your spirit or push that extra bit out of you when you think you havent got it Theres great variation to classes using weights, kettle bells, slam balls, the ropes, boxing kit and more The classes are structured with simple combinations of strength exercises dispersed with some heart racing moves Everyone has the ability to work at their own level with a full range of weights and a modification of pretty much any exercise available ... & everyone is capable of pushing out some kind of press up or burpee! Cannot recommend enough go trial a session & see for yourself
