        Shop owner stayed open beyond official close time (I was stuck in traffic and made it within 5 minutes after official close) for something that I quite urgently need. Appreciate they understand customer needs and put that first.

        Fixed my laptop, that was stuck on a crash loop. Fair price, friendly and open staff, very happy - only downside was that they could not retrieve my data as the hard drive was corrupt but they returned it to me and I can try somewhere else that specialize in data retrieval
