TCLA Clapham-Battersea

I dont leave reviews because I feel that each of us have our own perspectives and my perceive the same thing completely differently. But PLEASE!! Dont book with them, or at least dont pay for the triple DELUXE ROOM, its horrible! They have a sofa bed for the 3rd person which is similar to sleeping in a sleeping bag on the floor and paying doble the price!! The room doesnt lock! It was opened when we arrived and doesnt even close let alone lock! How could you possibly sell this? Its not safe! Im trying to contact them but no reply at the moment, I guess because of the time but I have ask them for a different room or my money back! This room is not worth the money I have payed!!

Located in London, TCLA - Clapham / Battersea is 2.2 miles from O2 Academy Brixton and offers various facilities, such as a shared lounge and dining area. The property is set 2.5 miles from Battersea. Free WiFi is included. Free parking near by after 18.00. Fridge in the room & cutlery. close to bus stops and a short walk to the tube; good shopping too. The room was just what we needed for our short stay - it was exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed and nice linens and towels. It was lovely. I really enjoyed staying at this place. everything is perfect. Kitchen and bathroom are super clean with daily cleaning made. Bathroom water pressure was intense and it was perfect to relax. You could find everything you need within this place starting with forks ending in big plates. a dining open space is available which is shared. a yard is also attached to one of the room where you could enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a washing machine , kettle , and an oven ready. Darrelle was the host and she was very kind and helpful while giving instructions through a phone call as well as a lengthy detailed SMS. Overall, Great location with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Would be back and would recommend.
