I have been slightly disappointed with the communication from these guys. It all started off super well when I contacted them regarding my flat in Old street. I sent over all the required details and was told that they would get back to me with their initial thoughts. Then nothing. I tried following up to see if they still wanted to quote and I've not heard a thing. I totally appreciate times are busy but it's very frustrating being ignored.

Delano did an amazing job during a total rebuild of our London house in 2014. While Iliya in particular is an amazingly talented builder and a gentleman, we liked the whole crew, they worked hard and the standard was amazing. They were able to deal with some less-than-ideal circumstances, including digging clay by hand in January, poor access and a mummified cat, to produce exactly what we wanted. I have since recommended them to others and I would do so again. Service: Remodeling

Delano are the most honest, straightforward, intelligent, diligent and delightful builders (and all around good people) you could imagine. They've done two complete (pretty much from shell) builds for me and every detail has been perfect. They're patient, professional, entirely meticulous, incredibly hard working, accommodating and a joy to have around. For both my jobs (both massive 8 month builds) they came in on budget and on time, and if there was ever a problem, I knew someone would call me back within an hour, no matter how busy they were. In both builds, everything still worked beautifully a year, two years (and counting) later. I'd recommend them and hire them again in a flash.

Delano have just completed the remodeling of our apartment in Ladbroke Grove. They were a pleasure to deal with: friendly, responsive, professional at all times, worked to budget but also were flexible enough to change parameters because of issues that had to be dealt with on the spot. Both Tom, our project manager as well as the crew working on site, were fantastic and a much needed antidote to having previously dealt with a 'cowboy' contractor. Thank you Delano!
