Absolutely shocking excuse for a doctor. He landed up causing me more harm than good. Avoid like the plague, and if you have the plague find someone else to treat you!!!

Had an appointment in May and now in November of the same year they demanded I see the nurse before my appointment to re register. Arrived at the practice and the cannot provide proof of appointment unless you pay ( way over the odds for a print out ) . Appointment is 10 mins late ... Nurse has health issues and cannot barely move so carried out inadequate appointment . They didn't even know why I had been re booked. Doctor was entirely dis interested in my issue no real insightful questions asked . Tried to give me medication and I refused as they hasn't asked me any real questions - I said I wanted to know the cause not just be popping pills . They said ok I will refer you and that was that no guidance or advice . I called my online GP on the Babylon app and they asked far more helpful questions ( about 100 more questions ) I am following this up with them ... I also will be changing practice . I completely question the "fitness to practice " of both the nurse and Doctor that I have seen .
