        Team are friendly at this branch, but downside is you get cold chips and dry chicken. Cheeky to give chips that are cold and not fried fresh, ruins the meal as you got to wait for a fresh batch of chips when it should have been served fresh in the first place so you can have everything together. The chicken is also over cooked slightly making it dry and not enjoyable to eat. So overall, staff are great, but find it cheeky that they dont serve freshly fried chips to try and save money - a result of this is a poor experience for the paying customer!

        Struggled to settle in and enjoy the Sunday meal our family came into the Balham branch for due to the Terribly Appalling Attitude displayed by Branch Manager Elizabeth who was serving us at the front desk. She was impatient with us and was very rude while taking our order. Thankfully, there are other members of the team who endeavour to provide great customer service. The food is nice, however the terrible customer service has deterred us from returning.
