        I had an incident a few years back when I had the audacity to answer my own phone to one of their staff, because I asked who was calling and why she threatened to call the police, if I did not give the phone to my mother(who does not live with me) I thought I'd try them again because it won't be the same staff, to provide rest bite care. Because I mentioned I have m/h issues and 24hr care is hard. They contacted my gp. Who contacted SS, which is now impacting my ability to be a carer. DONT TRUST THEM. DONT BE OPEN AND HONEST WITH THEM. USE THEM FOR WHAT YOU NEED. NEVER PROVIDE THEM WITH MORE INFO ABOUT YOU OR THE PERSON YOU CARE FOR THAN THEY NEED.
